- चुकीच्या नावाने व पत्त्यावर किंवा कंपनीव्यतिरिक्त इतर कोणत्याही व्यक्तीच्या नावाने पेमेंट केल्यास कंपनी त्यासाठी जबाबदार राहणार नाही.
- कंपनीद्वारे प्रचारित उत्पादनांची खरेदी आणि बिझनेस प्लॅनच्या संदर्भातील सर्व पेमेंट HI-TECH POWER SAVER (HTAMS MULTIBIZ LLP) या नावानेच केले पाहिजे.
- 18 वर्षे किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त वय असलेला Business Customer कंपनीद्वारे प्रचारित बिझनेस प्लॅनमध्ये Customer होण्यासाठी पात्र असेल. कोणताही अल्पवयीन व्यक्ती पात्र राहणार नाही.
- Business Customer ला कंपनीचे नाव, अधिकृत लोगो आणि I.D. No. प्रदर्शित करण्याची परवानगी आहे. त्याचा वापर व्यवसायाच्या उद्देशाने त्याच्या/तिच्या वैयक्तिक स्टेशनरीवर छपाई करण्यासाठी, कंपनीच्या परवानगीने करता येईल. तथापि, Business Customer कंपनीचा ट्रेडमार्क, पेटंट किंवा कंपनीच्या इतर कोणत्याही बौद्धिक संपत्तीचा वापर कंपनीच्या व्यवसायाच्या प्रचाराव्यतिरिक्त इतर कोणत्याही उद्देशासाठी करू शकणार नाही.
- कंपनीला कोणतीही पूर्वसूचना न देता उद्दिष्टे, बिझनेस प्लॅन, नियम आणि मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांमध्ये बदल, सुधारणा, भर किंवा वगळ करण्याचा पूर्ण अधिकार राहील. अशा बदलांपूर्वी Business Customer ला मिळणाऱ्या लाभांवर कोणताही परिणाम होणार नाही.
- भविष्यात कोणत्याही कायद्यात, स्थानिक संस्था, राज्य किंवा केंद्र सरकारच्या नियमांमध्ये बदल झाल्यास, कंपनीला कोणतीही पूर्वसूचना न देता संपूर्ण योजना आणि / किंवा बिझनेस प्लॅन पूर्णपणे किंवा अंशतः बदलण्याचा अधिकार राहील.
- सर्व Business Customer यांनी नियम, अटी आणि जारी केलेल्या मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांच्या चौकटीत राहून कंपनीच्या बिझनेस प्लॅनच्या प्रचारासाठी सर्व सकारात्मक पावले उचलावीत आणि पुढे आपल्या टीमला योग्य मार्गदर्शन व प्रशिक्षण द्यावे. यामध्ये सातत्यपूर्ण करारातील संवाद, प्रोत्साहन आणि सहकार्य यांचा समावेश असावा.
- Business Customer ने कंपनीला, तिच्या उद्दिष्टांना, बिझनेस प्लॅनला किंवा इतर कोणत्याही कार्याला हानी किंवा नुकसान होईल असे कोणतेही कृत्य करू नये किंवा घडवून आणू नये.
- कंपनीकडून वेळोवेळी प्रकाशित करण्यात येणारे सर्व मार्गदर्शक नियम सर्व Business Customer वर नेहमी बंधनकारक राहतील.
- कंपनीच्या उद्दिष्टे आणि हेतूंच्या विरुद्ध कार्य करणारा करार कंपनीच्या निर्णयानुसार निलंबित, रद्द किंवा समाप्त केला जाऊ शकतो.
- पेमेंट प्राप्त झाल्याच्या तारखेपासून किंवा ऑर्डरच्या तारखेपासून, यापैकी जी तारीख नंतरची असेल त्यापासून 15 दिवसांच्या आत Business Customer किंवा Purchase ला उत्पादनाची डिलिव्हरी दिली जाईल. सर्व माल केवळ Sangli Office मधून डिस्पॅच केला जाईल.
- सर्व Taxes, Octroi, Packing, Forwarding आणि Transport Charges अतिरिक्त आकारले जातील.
- कोणत्याही Business Customer च्या मृत्यूनंतर, कायदेशीर Nominee ला दिवंगत Customer ला मिळणारे लाभ प्राप्त करण्याचा अधिकार असेल आणि त्याला/तिला कंपनीच्या सर्व विद्यमान व भविष्यातील अटी व शर्ती, नियम आणि कंपनीने तयार केलेल्या मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वांचे पालन करावे लागेल.
- Nominee ने कंपनीसोबत पुढे सुरू ठेवण्याची इच्छा असल्याची माहिती कंपनीला लेखी स्वरूपात द्यावी. तसे न केल्यास त्याचे सर्व लाभ कंपनीकडून गोठवले जातील.
- कोणत्याही वादाच्या बाबतीत, अटी व शर्तींचे स्पष्टीकरण किंवा कोणत्याही नियमाचा, अटी व शर्तींचा अर्थ याबाबतचा निर्णय सर्व पक्षांवर अंतिम आणि बंधनकारक राहील.

—- TERMS & CONDITIONS —-
- The company will not be responsible if the payment is made in the wrong name and address or in the name of any person other than the company.
- All payments in respect of the purchase of products and the Business Plan promoted by the company should be made in the name of HI-TECH POWER SAVER (HTAMS MULTIBIZ LLP) only.
- A Business Customer who is 18 years of age or above shall be eligible to become a Customer under the Business Plan promoted by the company. No minor person shall be eligible.
- The Business Customer is permitted to display the company name, official logo and I.D. No. The same may be used for printing on his/her personal stationery for business purposes, with the permission of the company. However, the Business Customer shall not use the company’s trademark, patent or any other intellectual property of the company for any purpose other than the promotion of the company’s business.
- The company shall have the full right to change, modify, add or omit the objectives, Business Plan, rules and guidelines without any prior notice. Such changes shall not affect the benefits received by the Business Customer prior to such changes.
- In case of any changes in any law, rules of local bodies, State or Central Government in the future, the company shall have the right to change the entire plan and/or Business Plan, either completely or partially, without any prior notice.
- All Business Customers shall take all positive steps for the promotion of the company’s Business Plan within the framework of the rules, terms and guidelines issued and shall further provide proper guidance and training to their team. This shall include continuous communication, encouragement and cooperation under the agreement.
- The Business Customer shall not do or cause to be done any act which may cause harm or damage to the company, its objectives, Business Plan or any other activities.
- All guidelines issued by the company from time to time shall always be binding on all Business Customers.
- Any agreement acting against the objectives and intentions of the company may be suspended, cancelled or terminated as per the decision of the company.
- The product shall be delivered to the Business Customer or Purchase within 15 days from the date of receipt of payment or the date of order, whichever is later. All goods shall be dispatched only from Sangli Office.
- All Taxes, Octroi, Packing, Forwarding and Transport Charges shall be charged additionally.
- After the death of any Business Customer, the legal Nominee shall have the right to receive the benefits received by the deceased Customer and shall have to comply with all existing and future terms and conditions, rules and guidelines prepared by the company.
- The Nominee shall inform the company in writing of his/her desire to continue with the company. If this is not done, all his/her benefits shall be frozen by the company.
- In case of any dispute, the decision regarding the interpretation of the terms and conditions or the meaning of any rule, terms and conditions shall be final and binding on all parties.
